Mavrists have seen it all when it came to weddings. Village weddings meant navigating narrow streets lined with buffaloes, with the smell of the countryside overpowering even the strongest perfumes. These were the weddings where everything was cooked on the spot, and guests were expected to pitch in with the cleanup.
Fast forward to city weddings, where entire streets were transformed into vibrant wedding venues, creating a festive atmosphere that brought communities together. These were still DIY affairs, but they had a unique charm of their own.
Weddings have evolved dramatically since those days, both back home and in the USA. Now, themed weddings, professional catering, and unique venues are all the rage. The old marriage hall has given way to farm houses ceremonies, rustic barns, and grand ballrooms.
Mavrists realized that the wedding landscape had changed drastically so to cater to the needs and trends of modern couples, they founded Mavra, a wedding event planning business with a twist.
